Grown in the upper slopes of Tulbagh on the Witzenberg mountain, in pure shale and schist soils. Harvested into 16.5kg crates, harvested in two tranches with Mourvedre making up 50%, with Syrah at 30% and the remainder made up by Grenache noir; fermented stainless steel tanks.
