Picquet Chenin Blanc 750ml

Planted on coffee stone soils in the late 1980’s, grown on a two wire trellis. Dryland farmed with sustainable practices. Harvested into 16.5kg crates, wholebunch pressed, juice settling 12-18hours. Fermentation in 225L and 300L French oak barrels, no additions. Aged 12-14months in barrel.
