Cuvee Terra Lux Pinot Noir 750ml

Planted on decomposed Table Mountain sandstone and chalk substructure grown on a three-wire trellis system with drip irrigation. Harvested into 16.5kg crates, 20-30% whole-cluster fermentation in open-top vessels for 15 days, basket pressed and racked to 225L French oak barrels. Aged 12-16months.
