Sophié 2021 (Cinsaut – Cabernet franc)

A blend inspired by the legends of past; the capability of Cinsaut to age into grace have been proven when looking at blends of the past. Our love for all things Cabernet franc and observing its ability to age and develop led to the concept of combining these cultivars. As far as we know, this is potentially the first blend of its sort to be championed through Stellenbosch Cabernet franc meeting Darling Cinsaut.
