Blackwater Daniel Grenache 750ml

Planted on Shale based soils with clay underlayer, 3 wire trellised with drip irrigation. Harvested into 16.5kg crates, 30%-50% whole-cluster fermentation, no additions. Barrel-aged for 14-16 months in 500L and 600L French oak barrels.
